Amazing food. The ingredients are real and true. The pizza and pasta I have had both tasted like they were made with care by someone who actually enjoys cooking, and who holds a priority on the quality of the food being served.

The cheese was real and not salty. The sauce was perfectly balanced with the right amount of natural acidity, sweetness, and the robust richness that we know comes from a tomato.

The guys who deliver are also well-mannered, timely, and polite; really nice guys. Everything that happens here from restaurant to my table leaves me happy to be a customer of this place.

I have always loved Matese since I grew up in the area...and still love it 30 plus years later!
Always delicious and the delivery always on time and always polite.
Where else can someone get a huge lasagna (fills the whole foil container) for almost the same price as the small burger sized portions that the rest of the Italian/pizza restaurants now serve????
On the whole, the prices are about a couple dollars more expensive than the rest, but the extra price is so worth it.

Everytime I'm in the mood for Italian food; I always order from Matesa Pizzeria. Everytime the delivery is on time, the food is still hot, my order is never wrong and the delivery person is always friendly. Today I had a female she was very sweet and also told me they gave me some Zeppoli's on the house. I gave her a great tip! Can never go wrong with this place! EXCELLENT!

I sent this meal for lunch to my Sister-in-law at her office. The gentleman that delivered was amazing! He lit a candle on her Tiramisu and sang happy birthday. She was blown away, and he impressed everyone in the office. The food was great, and the man who delivered deserves a raise!

Our go-to for italian food. We order from here more often than I care to admit. Everything we have ever ordered has been fantastic. Their family meals are an excellent value and feed our family of three with leftovers. We have never had a problem and will continue to order from here forever.

I ordered the special and was happy with the food and the price. I pre-ordered and delivery was on time. The gentleman who delivered was also very nice as well. I will order from here again the next time I'm in the mood for pizza.

This time I ordered a cap read pizza and Cesar salad. I cant get over how good it is! Every time I order something its delicious. Last time I got the shrimp parmigiana. Delicious.

The food was great and arrived earlier than expected. And the delivery guy was so nice and made a bit of polite conversation. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
